What is the burn time of Yummi Candles?
Our standard 8oz jars typically burn for 40-50 hours, while our large 16oz jars provide up to 90 hours of fragrance, provided the wick is trimmed regularly.
Do you use natural wax in your products?
Yes, we use a premium 100% natural soy wax blend that is biodegradable, vegan-friendly, and provides a cleaner, longer-lasting burn than traditional paraffin.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
Can I reuse the candle jars once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Simply wash the jar with warm, soapy water to remove any remaining wax. Our glass jars are perfect for storing office supplies, spices, or small plants.
